When will I get my order?

North Island - Overnight prior to 9am for business areas, after 9am for residential.
South Island - 2 to 3 days prior to 9am for business areas, after 9am for residential.
South Island - Overnight can be selected during order confirmation, please note this will incur additional charges

For any urgent freight please call 09 4781969 to enquire on transit times, some areas are subject to the schedules of local freight contractors

How do I return an item/s

Items can be returned within 2 weeks of invoicing, items must be unused and in original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and note stipulating reason for the credit request.
Shimano New Zealand reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 15%. Please refer to our trading terms and conditions for further details

Why can’t I purchase items?

You will be notified of the requirement to contact our accounts department if payment is overdue or a credit limit has been reached.
Certain product categories will be limited depending of the type of account or business. Please contact your Shimano sales representative for details

When will item x be back in stock?

Popular hardgoods items usually arrive on a monthly or quarterly basis. Confirmed shipment dates are available by clicking “more information” in the Webshop location. If a date is not showing please contact our staff 09 4781969
